About training and competition

Training, competition and normal days are all the same. On the contrary, I think if you don’t reach that level, you can’t maintain the top status all year round. Therefore, don’t pay too much attention to those, as always, hard work may be one of the most important factors.”
How do you view your relationship with Arsenal-fan?
Fuan Jianyang: “There is no doubt that we have top stadiums and top fans, even around the world. This is very unique. When the team drops the ball, you usually don’t see the home fans cheer up. Even Arsenal a few years ago was not like this. I have experienced such things, which makes me really want to win for our fans. You can really feel that they are fighting together, I think all this is about playing and winning for them.”

Fu’an Jianyang: “I am very happy. They sang for me after I joined the team. I am really grateful. But now, I feel that I have not fully achieved my goal, and I need to do more. I am injured, and I am not satisfied with my performance. In this sense, the next year will be a decisive year, and I need to do my best.”
About Champions League
Fu’an Jianyang: “This will be my first time to participate in the Champions League. This is a special stage I have always dreamed. However, the fact that I walked onto the court in Arsenal’s shirt will not change. What do you want to say to the fans?
